Study mission report prepared for use of the Subcommittee to Investigate Problems Connected with Refugees and Escapees, Senate Committee on the Judiciary, January 27, 1974. xi, 398 pp. Has texts of the Paris Agreement and some related documents from the following months: "Act of the International Conference on Viet-Nam," March 2, 1973 (pp. 348-53), "Agreement on the Restoration of Peace and Reconciliation in Laos," February 21, 1973 (pp. 354-58), and "Ending the War and Restoring Peace in Viet-Nam," June 13, 1973, in two versions (pp. 360-72, 373-85). Also has a high figure, 7.8 million tons, for U.S. bomb tonnage, which is said to be from the DOD but which may have come via the Boston Globe (pp. 23-24).
