Baisha is a village in the Lijiang Valley, north of Lijiang City.
A lot of the construction seemed to be mud brick.

We were invited to look around the courtyard of what I presume was an unusually prosperous home.

All the harvesting I saw seemed to be being done with hand-held sickles pretty similar to these,
everywhere we went both in Yunnan and in Guizhou on this trip.
