The Combined Document Exploitation Center (CDEC) was established in 1966 as the main repository of captured enemy documents in Vietnam. Both American and Vietnamese personnel worked there. The National Archives has, in Record Group 472, a large microfilmed collection--41 reels of CDEC Intelligence Bulletins that summarized the content of significant documents, and 913 reels of documents (mostly captured documents, usually accompanied by English translations or summaries, but also some material of other sorts, such as prisoner interrogation reports). For a description of this collection see:
William Cunliffe, Timothy Duskin, and David H. Wallace, Captured North Vietnamese Documents of the Combined Document Exploitation Center: A Special List of CDEC Documents in Record Group 472. Special List 60. Washington: National Archives and Records Administration, 1993. 9 pp., accompanied by six microfiche. This pamphlet and the associated microfiche contain a description and index of the microfilmed CDEC collection.
Thousands (perhaps tens of thousands) of the intelligence bulletins, captured documents, and prisoner interrogation reports in the CDEC collection have been placed on-line in the Virtual Vietnam Archive of the Vietnam Project, at Texas Tech University. Links are given below to a substantial portion of the bulletins that have been placed online, but not even to a fraction of the other documents:
Bulletins summarizing, in English, the content of particularly interesting documents. These were produced by the Document Exploitation Center (1965 to 3 July 1966), later the Combined Document Exploitation Center (4 July 1966 onward), and issued through the Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff, Intelligence, MACV.

No. 2175, 18 January 1967. One of the documents summarized, a notebook captured 1/15/67 in Operation Cedar Falls, CDEC #01-2552-67, became a subject of some excitement in U.S. intelligence circles in March, for its discussion of problems and weaknesses in the Communist forces, and for the statement that there were only 180,000 "guerrilla-militia" (phrase used in this translation) available for service. Some other translation said it was simply guerrillas, not guerrilla-militia, that numbered 180,000. See CIA cable, 3/23/67.

The Combined Military Interrogation Center (CMIC), in Saigon, was established in October 1965. Some of its reports are now available online in the Virtual Vietnam Archive of the Vietnam Project, at Texas Tech University. (I believe these reports were probably included in the huge microfilm collection of documents of the Combined Document Exploitation Center described in the top paragraphs of this page. Examples include:
A collection of interrogation reports in both English and Vietnamese, without any serial numbers or identification of the organization that generated them, many dated 25 October 1966. I believe these probably are reports generated by a team of interrogators send from CMIC to Binh Dinh province in October 1966, to question personnel detained by the 1st Cavalry Division in Operation Irving. First part, second part, third part, fourth part.
"Cedar Falls Report". Special Report US 058-67/1389, 23 January 1967. Interrogation of Nguyen Truong Nghi a.k.a. Captured 20 January 1967. (This interrogation has also been described in the interrogator's memoir: Sedgwick D. Tourison, Talking with Victory Charlie: An Interrogator's Story, pp. 226-27.)

Nguyen Van Phuong, CMIC Source Number 1320, Aspirant, 3d Company, 4th Battalion, 80th Training Regiment. Discusses NVA/VC tactics. [I am dubious of some of this, notably the statement the the PAVN had five or six airborne regiments in 1964 (p. 8). Also the statement, in the section on VC attacks against US/ARVN fixed positions, "Withdrawals are always under the cover of heavy artillery." (p. 4)]
"Authority of North Vietnamese Army Political and Military Officers". Report US #137-67, 11 March 1967. Interrogation of 1st Lieutenant Ho Cuong, who had been Political Officer of the 92d Company, 9th Battalion, Quyet Tam Regiment, Sao Vang Division, December 1965 to May 1966. [I believe those unit names refer to the 22d Regiment, 3d Division.]
"Effects of Air Operations". Report US #139-67, 10 March 1967. Interrogation of PAVN Private Nguyen Hao, H.7 Battalion, Q.17 Regiment, D.21 Division, Whose infiltration group lost most of its personnel on its way to Phuoc Long province in 1966. The losses were from malaria, poor diet, fatigue, and air attack.
"NVA Doctrine and Vulnerabilities". Report US #140-67, 10 March 1967. Interrogation of Nguyen Van Ban, CMIC Source Number 1238, aspirant and assistant platoon leader of the 2d Platoon, 3d Combat Support Co., 4th Air Defense Battalion (a.k.a. 721st Group), 36th Group. Deals with morale, the unexpected hardships (malaria and lack of adequate food) during infiltration, and Ban's sense of how the war is going.
"Seaborne Infiltration of Supplies to MR 5". Report US 392-67, 24 April 1967. Interrogation of Tran Mai Xu, a.k.a. Xuan Mai, CMIC Source Number C184, a PAVN senior sergeant who arrived in South Vietnam October 1965 and served with the GK33 Battalion, PAVN 2d Division, until captured Feb 1967. [That battalion identity is not very legible; could be OK33 or CK33.] He described massive quantities of munitions and supplies--three ships per month, each carrying 500 to 700 tons of munitions and supplies--arrving at a spot just north of Sa Huynh village, Duc Pho Districe, Quang Ngai Province. Looks very unlikely to me, but the report lists several crucial statements the man has made that were proven to be true.
"Radio Intercept capability, Prior Warning of Airstrikes, Air Defense Tactics and Weapons". Report US 397-67, 28 April 1967. Interrogation of Nguyen Ngoc Anh, CMIC Source Number A 139. Infiltrated into South Vietnam in March 1966; served in the 803d Signal Company, then in August 1966 was assigned as a personnel officer in the PAVN 3d Division headquarters. Captured February 1967. He witnessed, but did not participate in, incidents in which English-speaking PAVN signals personnel were talking by radio with US forward air controllers.
It is my impression that after the American withdrawal from South Vietnam, the National Interrogation Center functioned as a successor to the Combined Military Interrogation Center.
"Friction Between Northerners and Southerners in 9th Div.". Interrogation Report Number 050/74. 12 March 1974. Interrogation of Doan Dinh Cam aka Doan Hong Cam, who had been a playwright cadre with the Psywar Enterntainment Group, 9th Division. Cam had come south in 1970, served in Kompong Cham province and Binh Long province, rallied in January 1974.
